Released for publication in the Journal of Traumatic Stress
I am excited to announce the first fruits of our Positive Psychology & Resilience research project. A brief report of our first peer review paper "High Positive Affect Shortly After Missile Attacks and the Heightened Risk of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Among Israeli Adolescents" was published in the site of the Journal of Traumatic Stress.
I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Yael Israel-Cohen, my post-doc and colleague researcher who did excellent and highly professional scientific work. It's been a privilege working with her on this project. I wish her luck and success in her next post-doc position in Chicago.
I would like also to acknowledge Dr. Gabriela Kashy-Rosenbaum our wonderful partner in the current study and in two additional papers which are going to be published soon, and hopefully in some more to come.
And last but not least, my thanks and warm gratitude to our friends and colleagues at Israel Sci-Tech and especially to Hagit Navaro and her team – undoubtedly the most engaged and impressive professionals in the Israeli school educational system. The study was supported by Israel Sci-Tech and the Research Unit of the School of Business Administration at the College of Management.
